What we collect
- Contact form: role, full name, email, school and city (optional), message. The form is for adults only. We never ask for children's details.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use form details only to reply to your request: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR[1]). Website security is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long
Form requests are deleted automatically after 12 months, unless we start working together.
Who processes it

Your rights

The Essense platform for schools
The platform schools use will have its own separate privacy notice, given to the school and to parents before any use.
