Health education your school can actually deliver

A ready, age-banded curriculum, a tool that supports teachers, and full transparency for parents.

Why now

Joint guidance from UNESCO, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNICEF, UN Women and WHO sets out the evidence for comprehensive education about the body and relationships. It also describes what makes a programme effective[1]. WHO stresses that supportive environments in the family and at school are important for adolescent mental health[2].

A clear curriculum

Topics organised in three age bands (9–11, 12–13, 14–15), each with sources.

Less workload

Ready-made lessons and activities. Teachers don't start from scratch.

Parent trust

Parents can see every lesson, before and after class.

How a pilot works

1

Get to know you

A short call about your needs, classes and age groups.

2

Tailor

We choose together the topics that fit your school.

3

Prepare

Teachers get to know the platform, and parents are informed before anything starts.

4

Run & review

The programme runs, then we discuss what worked.

Pilot length, scope and cost are agreed with you. We don't publish prices before we understand a school's needs.

Greek Skills Workshops

Greece's Skills Workshops (Εργαστήρια Δεξιοτήτων) use Skills Cultivation Programmes that providers submit to the Institute of Educational Policy (IEP) for approval[3]. Essense is not currently an approved programme. We will only say so here if and when it is.

Safety and data

Teachers control what the class sees. The AI only works within the approved curriculum. There are no ads. Read more on Safety & privacy and in the FAQ.
